Bruce MacDonald

The Principal Consultant of the firm is Bruce MacDonald, SPHR, CHRP. Bruce has provided Human Resources leadership since the mid 1970's and he successfully supports M-Pact, Inc.'s clients by continuously seeking to improve the effectiveness and management of the client's "Talent Pool" of employees. Bruce has earned the trust and respect of his clients by fully understanding each client's business, industry and/or service sector, plus their customers, suppliers and competitors, as well as the management styles and corporate cultures that are unique to each of his clients. Derek Warner

Derek Warner, CHRP, Senior Consultant is an energetic Human Resources professional having held senior leadership roles with leading international corporations. He has a proven track record in Labor Relations, including Negotiations and Arbitrations plus Recruitment, Corporate Compliance and Training/Organizational Development Initiatives. A passion and history of successfully building, leading and supporting world-class customer focused organizations, Derek is a key business partner who is capable of quickly recognizing each client’s unique needs and rapidly delivering strategic Human Resources services to support the client’s goals. Derek resides in Brentwood, Tennessee and is a graduate of McMaster University and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). Formal training includes Certifications in Employee Relations and Benefits Law, ITO University Certification (Carrier Corporation) 5’S, TPM, QCPC, Root Cause Analysis & Mistake Proofing as well as in ERISA/EEOC/OSHA/IRS law and Compensation Program Development. Derek is also a Lean Office Training Instructor.

J. Burke Kile

J. Burke Kile. MBA, Senior Consultant is a seasoned, Human Resources professional who brings over 35 years of diverse career experience. M-Pact, Inc.’s clients draw upon Burke’s research, analytical, and problem solving skills. His early career experience in Manufacturing Management prior to entering the Human Resources arena has given him a unique insight into manufacturing operations enabling him to quickly gain the confidence and understanding of the issues of management and their employees. Burke’s hands-on and practical approach to a wide variety of HR issues in fast-paced and constantly changing business conditions enabled him to hold increasingly responsible management positions in the Commercial Printing, Construction, Service Merchandising and Consumer Goods Industries. This broad base of successful experience coupled with sound judgment and common sense provides significant benefits to clients. Burke received his BBA and MBA Degrees from Emory University. Burke resides in Franklin, Tennessee.

David Albinson

David Albinson, CHRP, Associate Consultant, has held senior level general management roles including key accountabilities for corporate affairs, government relations, public relations, crisis management, sales, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures plus Senior Vice President roles in Human Resources where his responsibilities included divisions in North and Central America as well as Europe, the Far East and Australia. M-Pact, Inc.’s clients utilize David’s experience and proven success leading and facilitating cultural change and organizational alignment, that are founded upon successful business principles and values especially during periods of business change such as expansions, acquisitions and mergers. David has also served as the president and board member of the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario (HRPAO) as well as committee chairmanships with the Metropolitan Board of Trade plus membership in the Council of Human Resources Executives, the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), Institute for International Human Resource Management and the Advisory Council on Human Resources Management of Seneca College. David resides in the Greater Toronto Area of Canada and is a graduate of Sir George Williams University (Concordia) and the Executive Program in Human Resources Management at the University of Western Ontario Business School.

Paul Davidson

Paul Davidson, P. Eng. Associate Consultant, has extensive general management and executive leadership plus company director experience in both industry and government including the environmental services, healthcare, manufacturing, service, retail and communications sectors. His responsibilities have ranged from managing development-stage companies to leading multinational companies. He has experience in North America, Europe, Australia and the Far East. M-Pact, Inc.’s clients rely upon Paul’s proven success building and mentoring exceptional leadership teams coupled with his ability to identify and develop top performers. In addition, M-Pact, Inc.’s clients rely upon his business acumen to lead their strategic business development processes and to guide their actions in such areas as international expansion, acquisitions, divestments and site-selections. Paul has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University and is a graduate of the Mahler Advanced Management Skills Program and faculty member of the international Mahler Company, Inc. Paul resides in the Greater Toronto Area of Canada.
